Refund / Return Policy

At Street Stitch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.

Returns

You may return items within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The item must have all original tags attached
• The item must be in its original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or washing may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items purchased on final sale or clearance
• Gift cards
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange as quickly as possible.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
